Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Amari. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped and delivered. Please read it carefully.

1. Shipping locations: We ship across the United States and internationally.

2. Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping methods and cost: Standard shipping is free on all United States orders. International shipping is calculated by destination and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated delivery time: United States orders usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days of shipment. International orders usually arrive within 8 to 12 business days of shipment. Delivery times can vary with your location and with events outside our control, such as extreme weather.

5. Tracking your order: Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

6. Packaging: Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents.

7. Delays and exceptions: If there is a significant delay with your order, our support team will contact you and keep you updated.

8. Failed delivery attempts: If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, our carrier will make further attempts. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and that someone can receive the parcel.

9. Shipping restrictions: Some destinations may be limited or unavailable. Any restriction that applies to a product is noted on its product page.

10. Lost or undelivered packages: In the rare case a package is lost or not delivered, please contact us. We will investigate and either replace the order or refund it in line with our refund policy.

11. Questions: For help with tracking or anything else about shipping, please use the contact form on our Contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Thank you for choosing Amari.
